G-Wiz Adventures
Currently under development on 35 vibrant acres of the 215-acre Bison Ranch & Retreats, G-Wiz Adventures is poised to become Wise County’s newest western attraction. This emerging agritourism and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) destination will soon invite guests of all ages to engage in hands-on learning, sustainable farming, animal encounters, seasonal events, and community workshops.
G-Wiz Adventures is powered by the mission of Advising Generation Z, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to equipping youth-serving organizations through hands-on training, leadership development, and behavior-based learning. The experience is intentionally designed to integrate wellness, STEAM education, and intergenerational connection. Guests can participate in seasonal camps, animal therapy sessions, creative arts workshops, and guided tours through our Legendary Gardens. The property also hosts leadership intensives, student showcases, and private retreats for educators and professionals. G-Wiz is more than a destination—it is a mission in motion, inspiring the next generation through immersive learning.
Twin Hills Marina
This 300-acre lakeside attraction, currently being developed in Bridgeport, will offer RV lodging, an outdoor pickleball area, and a convenience store with fuel. Attached to the store will be a restaurant and bar where guests can enjoy a relaxed dining experience.
